WOXY.com (Online) First Day's Recording (2004)

On Monday, July 12th, 2004 at 10am, we welcomed the Future of Rock & Roll back to the Internet. If you missed the sign-on, the REBIRTH, of 97X online, freel free to grab the first hour (56MB, 128K MP3)

97X (Terrestrial) Final Days Recordings (2004)

With the help of several folks (see sources below), I have assembled an entire set of 97X's last week of broadcasting. It includes all of the A-to-X 'Soundtrack of our Lives' sequences as well as everything in between. It starts just before 8AM on Friday, May 7th and continues until 97X went off the air just after midnight on Thursday, May 13th.

At nearly 7 GB, it is far too much to offer via download, so I can offer it to you only on DVD. The set also includes a bunch of miscellaneous 2-hour recordings of 97X from the previous month as well as three discrete Xtrabeats recordings. All files are in 56k or 128k MP3 format.

If you want a copy of these files, send two blank DVD-R or DVD+R discs (not CDs!) and a self-addressed, postage-paid mailer (a cardboard thingie, like shown on the right, or a really sturdy envelope) to:

Craig Froehle
3601 Michigan Ave
Cincinnati, OH 45208

Please put your DVDs in some sort of protective devices, such as jewel cases or paper sleeves. I will burn your DVDs, place them into your mailer, and set it out for the postman.

If you have questions, email me at craig DOT froehle AT gmail DOT com.
